Party Wall Surveying

We provide Party Wall Surveying services to complement our Architectural services. This applies to the areas of common ownership that sit between your property and your adjoining owners' property.

We advise clients of the application of the relevant legislation to their project - namely the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 - including drawing up and serving notices to the owners of the properties adjoining yours.

If you are faced with a dispute we can act in a statutory capacity as your Party Wall Surveyor - either if you are in the building being developed, or it you own the adjoining property. We will liaise on your behalf with other Party Wall Surveyors to agree and serve a Party Wall Award under Section 10 of the Act.
