Usman was asked to speak at a Local Masjid (Easton Jamia Masjid) to over 100 students and adults over the course of two session about Architecture, his journey, his company and was requested to focus on how the industry can encourage equality, diversity and inclusion throughout his discussion and during the Q&A session.
